sooo finals are coming. first amendment tomorrow afternoon. i was so stressed this afternoon/evening that I didnt even want to make dinner b/c I didnt have time to wash my dishes and i hate having dirty dishes/pots in the sink. my mom was like 'j make whatever you are craving and leave your dishes, i can come later this week and clean things up for you while you study'
she was srs. she also said she would come on next sat or sun to bring me food to last me till im done with finals and we leave for Hawaii.
even when I was walking around the HT (harris teeter) looking for something for dinner, she was like 'i want to ask you soemthing but dont get mad at me' and she was like 'how about you stop your diet for one week until you are done with finals' but really, its not like a conscious decision anymore, it just happens that I eat healthy now. my mom was like 'you are the pickiest eater, more than ever now' but i am just being healthy. ithink i might try soemthing new, for each week, I will try a new food item that i never ate when I was younger. We'll see what happens. Perhaps the first one will be eggplant? I think I am still a little scared of it still haha IDK if I will..
in other news, on 04/27/10, I started a new challenge on mapmyrun.com to run 100 miles in 30 days (so I have to 05/27/10). 7 days in, I am 28% done! I need to just make sure I stay on track during finals and make up what I miss while I am in Hawaii. I checked out the website for our resort there and you ahve to pay to go to the gym there. I talked to my mom and she said that was ok so I can stay on track with my goal/challenge. I feel amazing. I love running now. I am trying to run a race in DT gso on 05/22/10 so hopefully soemone will come run that 5k with me or else I j might run by myself and make my mom or someone come watch me run, ikd.
so, moral of the story: mom is amazing. period. end of story.
ok need to do a final review for my final now that I have finally updated my Spring 2010 Finals Playlist/my new running playlist to ease me into the summer.
